Amalgamation Agreement 2015

Medicine Hat Co-op and South Country Co-op have entered into an agreement to amalgamate. Member meetings were held and both meetings voted unanimously to amalgamate and join to become one Co-op, which will operate under the name South Country Co-op Limited.

The date of the new South Country Co-op Limited will commence December 1, 2015 and we look forward to making this the 4th largest Co-op in Canada!
