South Country Co-op's Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on Monday, March 27, 2023 beginning at 7pm, using the free video conferencing program, Zoom. If you have any questions or concerns prior to the AGM that you would like answered during the meeting, please send them to AGM@sccoop.ca. This year, there are 12 bylaw resolutions that must be voted on.  On behalf of the Governance Committee, we respectfully submit the following proposed changes to the South Country Co-op Bylaws for approval by the membership at the Annual General Meeting.
