This program seeks to identify, develop, and retain these individuals by offering them the chance to gain meaningful summer work placement experience. Upon completing their post-secondary education, participants may be considered for full-time positions within the CRS, depending on job availability. Graduates who have also completed two years of continuous employment with a Local Co-op are eligible to receive a 75% reimbursement of their final year’s tuition from their post-secondary program.
