				The Excellence in Ag Program is a distinctive initiative within the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) designed to support leadership growth and success for agronomists and agribusiness students.

The Excellence in Ag Program is a distinctive initiative within the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) designed to support leadership growth and success for agronomists and agribusiness students.
Successful candidates benefit from a comprehensive package including scholarships, summer work placements, and, upon completing their post-secondary program, a full-time position within the CRS, with the added potential of a signing bonus. The scholarship provides up to $16,000 over the duration of the student’s post-secondary program. A living allowance of $500 per month is also available for students whose summer work placements are more than 50 kilometers from their home or post-secondary residence. Graduates will be eligible for a full-time position with the CRS, bringing with them four years of valuable work placement experience. Additionally, participants may receive a signing bonus of up to $10,000 when securing a permanent full-time role within the CRS.
