South Country Co-op has many programs and incentives in place for our Team to take advantage of to the fullest extent. Here is a brief overview of some of the advantages to being a Co-op Team Member!

Why should I refer someone?
You could choose your next Teammate! Our organization is founded on great people like you; help us find more!

What is in it for me?
Your reward varies based on how long they stay with South Country Co-op:

• For referring a non-management or part-time Team Member, you receive $50-$400 in the form of a Co-op Gift Card
• For referring a management Team Member, you will receive $200-$600 in the form of a Co-op Gift Card
• After 3 years, the person you referred also gets $150-$600!
  

How?
Complete the Employee Referral Form (below) and submit the form to careers@sccoop.ca.

Tell the person you are referring to apply to our Job Board online at tinyurl.com/CareersAtCoop. Remind them to indicate on their application that they were referred by you! Let your Team Leader know about your referral and why you think this person would be great to hire!

Who is eligible?
Almost all current Team Members who are in good standing are eligible to participate in the program. For more details, refer to the policy below.

Get paid to help your community!

Two programs are available; both intended to provide recognition for and encouragement of Team Member involvement in our local communities.

1. Paid Community and Employee Community Involvement
2. Community Involvement & Volunteering Commitment

• Permanent FT Team Members are eligible for a maximum of 8 hours of paid community involvement/volunteering time per year in our trading area.
• Permanent PT Team Members are eligible for a maximum of 4 hours of paid community involvement/volunteering time per year in our trading area.
