At South Country Co-op, members shape our direction. If you’re passionate about Enriching Lives and Communities, collaborative by nature, and committed to good governance, we invite you to put your name forward for our Board of Directors.

Positions available

• 3 positions, each for a 3-year term

All nominees must meet the director eligibility requirements outlined in the nomination package.

What directors do

Directors help steward the long-term health of our Co-op by:

• Participating in regular board meetings and committee work
• Taking part in board education and development
• Representing South Country Co-op at Co-operative gatherings (e.g., FCL events)
• Championing transparent, ethical governance and maintaining confidentiality
• Supporting the Co-op through their own member purchases where practical
• Being visible and engaged at community events

Key dates (MST)

• Questions deadline: Monday, January 23, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.
• Nomination package deadline: Monday, February 3, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.
• Electronic voting: March 1–15, 2026
• AGM: Monday, March 30, 2026
