Annual General Meeting

South Country Co-op's Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on Monday, March 30, 2026 beginning at 7pm, using the free video conferencing program, Zoom. If you have any questions or concerns prior to the AGM that you would like answered during the meeting, please send them to AGM@sccoop.ca. 

There are 7 resolutions to review below. We will vote on them at the AGM. If you have any questions or concerns about them please e-mail AGM@sccoop.ca prior to the AGM on March 30, 2026.

If you're interested in attending our virtual AGM please sign up before March 23, 2026. You can expect to see an emailed invitation to the meeting approximately 5 days before the AGM.
